Go to our Order Now page. Select from the categories, the type of fruit, veges or juice you would like to order and click it to select the carton size and variety. Choose either a one time purchase or a recurring weekly or fortnightly subscription (which you can change at any time). Then click “add to cart”. You will then be taken to the cart page where you can select your delivery option and click ‘checkout all items’. You then have the option to create an account or check out as a guest, select your preferred choice then simply follow the process through, filling out your details and choosing your payment method before clicking the continue button which takes you to a page to review your order. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

We offer FREE Standard delivery NZ wide, this is excluding Rural Delivery which is $5.80.

Our delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so all deliveries will arrive on or before Thursday. You will need to place your order by Sunday night. This will ensure your order is delivered to you on or before Thursday that same week.

Check your junk or spam folder and if you still have not received the confirmation email please contact us. For future use we recommend adding our email address to your safe list of approved senders to help ensure you receive our emails in your inbox instead of a junk or spam box.

Your chosen produce is automatically dispatched with your choice of frequency  (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks)  Subscriptions will automatically be charged on a Sunday for the weeks delivery. What happens if I miss the order cut off for the week?2020-07-29T09:36:53+12:00

If you have missed our order cut off time for the current week your order will be held for the next weeks delivery. This is to ensure the produce is as fresh as possible for the weeks delivery.

Order cut off is 11:59 Sunday night for the weeks orders.

To ensure we bring you the quality fruit we are committed to the NZ GAP (Good Agricultural Practice)and all our fruit is on a limited spray programme to prevent disease, pests etc. which means our fruit is not organic.

What is the best way to store my fruit?2020-05-22T06:08:59+12:00

Apples and pears best stored refrigerated as this helps them to last longer but if you don’t have the space in your refrigerator, store them in a cool, dark place.
Our juice is also best stored refrigerated.

Your order number is in the subject line of the confirmation email you receive and begins with FD.

How do I redeem my GrabOne coupon?2020-05-22T06:15:49+12:00

1. Select the product that your coupon is for (be sure to check the carton size you have selected) and click ‘Add to cart’.
2. Select your delivery option and click ‘Check out item’
3. Create an account or enter as a ‘Guest’ and then fill in your billing/shipping address.
4. Enter your GrabOne code in the ‘Discount Code’ area and click ‘Apply’.  This will zero the amount in your cart.
5. Select ‘Credit Card’ for a payment option then click ‘Make payment’.
The next page should say ‘Your order has been successful’
