Q. I want to place my order. What do I do?
A. Select the size and quantity of your chosen fruit variety then click "add to cart". You will then be taken to the cart page where you can select your delivery option and click 'checkout all items'. You then have the option to create an account or check out as a guest, select your preferred choice then simply follow the process through, filling out your details and choosing your payment method before clicking the continue button which takes you to a page to review your order.

Q. What forms of payment can I use?
A. We accept Visa & MasterCard via DPS/Payment Express. We also accept direct deposit - internet banking. These options will be presented to you at the review stage.

Q. How do I create a subscription order?
A. Login with your FruitDirect account, add the desired products to your cart and proceed to the checkout. There you will be given the option of having a subscription order delivered weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.

Q. What are the Shipping Costs?
A. Standard delivery is free Nationwide excluding Rural Delivery which is $4.80. We also have options for overnight delivery ($10) or Saturday delivery ($4.50) these options are only available for the North Island to non-rural addresses. Delivery to Waiheke Island is $15.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. As soon as your payment has been confirmed your order will be processed. We are able to deliver items within 4 working days from time of dispatch around New Zealand. Deliveries to rural addresses may take an extra day.

Q. How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
A. Change the number in the quantity box and the revised sub-total will automatically update.

Q. I have not received a confirmation email of my order?
A. Check your junk or spam folder and if you still have not received the confirmation email please contact us. For future use we recommend adding our email address to your safe list of approved senders to help ensure you receive our emails in your inbox instead of a junk or spam box.

Q. Can I get a carton with mixed varieties?
A. Yes this is an option. Look for 'Apples & Pears of the week' under Buy Fruit. This is available in 5kg cartons or 9kg cartons. If there is a particular variety you are wanting that is not available in this option let us know and we'll se what we can do. Click here to contact us.

Q. Is your fruit organic?
A.
To ensure we bring you the quality fruit we are committed to the NZ GAP (Good Agricultural Practice)and all our fruit is on a limited spray programme to prevent disease, pests etc. which means our fruit is not organic.

Q. What is the best way to store my fruit?
A.
Apples and pears best stored refrigerated as this helps them to last longer but if you don't have the space in your refrigerator, store them in a cool, dark place.
Our juice is also best stored refrigerated. 

Q. Where do I find my order number?
A. Your order number is in the subject line of the confirmation email you receive and begins with FD.

Q. How do I redeem my GrabOne coupon?
1. Select the product that your coupon is for (be sure to check the carton size you have selected) and click ‘Add to cart’.
2. Select your delivery option and click ‘Check out item’
3. Create an account or enter as a ‘Guest’ and then fill in your billing/shipping address.
4. Enter your GrabOne code in the ‘Discount Code’ area and Click ‘Apply’.  This will zero the amount in your cart.
5. Select ‘Credit Card’ for a payment option then click ‘Make payment’. 
The next page should say ‘Your order has been successful’
